Relationships between younger women and older men have many advantages. We all know the cliché of young women rejuvenating older men and older men offering financial security, safety and the best sex a woman can possibly get. But all that glitters is not gold! In this form of relationship both, the older man and the younger woman need a very high self-esteem. They constantly have to fight against rumors and false opinions of others, be it that he only wants to pimp his ego or her being a pure gold digger. Also, both need to confront feelings and thoughts of being replaced at any time, the woman because he might just replace her by some other, even younger woman and the man because she might run off with some guy of her age at some point. What’s more is that the young woman can face extreme rejection from his family, especially his kids who might be of the same age or even older than her. Problems with regards to the heritage might occur among many others. Another huge disadvantage is the question of whether to have babies or not. While the older man might already have children from earlier marriages and finished the panning in general, she might still want to become a mother. Other conflicts might arise in terms of interests. Older men and young women can be miles apart when it comes to discussion topics, hobbies, friends, plans, goals, desires, careers, preferred activities in their free time…and so on.
